• Experience working on Brand Strategy and Execution, Consumer/Shopper Insights, Integrated Marketing Communications, Channel Strategy/Activation, and Innovations.

• Collaborate with the Group Product Manager to develop and execute annual brand plans for the assigned categories.
• Oversee the creation and execution of impactful marketing campaigns aligned with the brand's strategies.
• Manages the development of all marketing communications materials online and offline to ensure brand consistency and message clarity.
• Collaborates with E-commerce, Category & Channel Sales Development and Sales teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing programs across channels.
• Liaises with Supply Chain and Procurement to ensure the timely availability of inventory and materials required to support the marketing initiatives.
• Partners with Senior Insights Manager in analyzing the market landscape, understanding consumer needs and identifying research information needed in building brand strategies, strengthening marketing campaigns and testing new products.
• Project updates for weekly Marketing Team huddle, Marketing Activities update and New Product update to Top Management, Supplier Business Reviews

GENERAL PURPOSE:

The Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) will assist the Group Product Manager in driving business growth and market share for the product category she is responsible for. The ABM will assist the development of strategies to meet category Objectives, and be responsible in leading full planning, execution and evaluation of marketing key initiatives including product and packaging development, pricing, promotional activities, advertising communications, PR & influencer marketing, as well as on-ground and digital activations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
