Nestle is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager in the Philippines to drive brand growth across a portfolio. You will partner with the Brand Manager to translate consumer insights into strategic marketing actions and oversee end-to-end campaign planning.
Key activities include developing communication plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and managing brand investments while ensuring compliance with nutrition guidelines and local regulations.

This role is a launchpad for future brand leaders — you'll take ownership of key product segments while working closely with a Brand Manager to shape strategy and drive business growth
Key Responsibilities
Support the delivery of Brand Growth by implementing brand tactics and activities both online and offline.
Execute consumer immersions and other relevant insighting exercises; develop and update the Target Consumer Portrait.
Work with strategic business units to refine brand essence and vision.
Monitor performance on consumer and shopper preferences, generating actions to maintain or improve brand preference.
Implement marketing activities to strengthen brand power.
Effectively and efficiently manage investments for specific variants or activities.
Lead teams through brand operational processes to deliver strong results, considering local regulations and nutrition guidelines.
Manage end-to-end development of communication plans — from Opportunity, to Brief, to Campaign Planning/Execution, to Post-evals.
Manage procurement and payment activities for the brand.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
At least 2–4 years of experience in brand management or brand marketing.
Direct experience within the FMCG sector is highly preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and market data tools; comfortable extracting commercial insights from data.
Exceptional project management, stakeholder communication, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
