Qualifikationen

• College graduate in Business Management/Administration, Finance, or related field.
• With valid driver's license and willing to do field works.
• With experience in marketing, sales and collection from banking or financing Industry.
• With at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a banking or financing industry is required.
• With a strong understanding of remedial account process.
• Can start ASAP.

Aufgaben

• Assists the Branch Head in managing overall activities of the branch in terms of sales and collection management, target setting, policy education, and administration.
• Assumes the Branch operations leadership in the absent of the Branch Head.
• Assumes collection process in the area in the absence of Business Advisor.
• Assists the Branch Head identifying potential leads for each product/service offered by the company in the assigned geographical territory.
• Assists the Branch Head in conducting field-based activities to retain customers by anticipating needs and resolving issues and complaints.
• Assists the Branch Head in implementing approved sales strategies to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Implement strategies to avoid overdue accounts.
• Implement strategies from remedial and recovery analysis to ensure collection.
• Facilitates resolution of questions, complaints and concerns raised by customers.
• Serve as point of contact in the absence of Branch Head/Administrative assistant for internal transactions.
• Performs other duties as directed by management.
