Qualifications

• Must hold CPA certification.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• 3–5 years of accounting experience; supervisory/leadership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily accounting operations and financial activities.
• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Review accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and other transactions.
• Aid in preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, annual financial statements.
• Ensure timely recording, reconciliation, and analysis of transactions.
• Perform bank, balance sheet, and general ledger reconciliations; monitor cash flow.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants as needed.
• Prepare financial analysis, management reports, and schedules.
