Temps and Staffers Inc. is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager - CPA to lead the Accounting Department in the Philippines. You will oversee the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, and compliance while driving accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of financial information.

The role requires a CPA with at least 5 years in accounting, strong AR/AP/GL skills, and proven supervisory ability. Onsite work is expected, with focus on internal controls and coordination with auditors.

Qualifications

• CPA license valid in the Philippines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience with supervisory or managerial responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in AR, AP, General Ledger, financial reporting and month-/year-end closings.
• Solid knowledge of Philippine Accounting Standards, BIR regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work onsite and manage a team.

Responsibilities

ACCOUNTING MANAGER - CPA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to lead and manage our Accounting Department. The Accounting Manager will oversee the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, compliance, and accounting operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely delivery of financial information.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and General Accounting.

• Oversee billing, collections, payment processing, bank reconciliations, and account reconciliations.

• Lead month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and financial analysis.

• Manage budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Monitor fixed assets, expenses, and other accounting transactions.

• Review tax computations and ensure timely BIR, SEC, and statutory compliance.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide required financial schedules and documents.
