Private Advertiser in Calamba City, Laguna seeks a seasoned accounting professional to lead our finance team. The role oversees end-to-end accounting functions, budgeting, and financial reporting to support strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, a CPA is highly preferred, and at least five years of relevant experience, including supervisory responsibilities. On-site work in Calamba is required.

At leastfive (5) years of relevant experienceinaccounting, financial control, audit, taxation, or financial management, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Experience in construction, engineering, manufacturing, water treatment, or project-based businesses is an advantage.
Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel andaccountingor ERP systems.
Able to interpret financial data and translate it into practical business recommendations.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, accountability, and attention to detail.
Willing to work on-site in Calamba City, Laguna.
Oversee the company’s completeaccountingcycle, including generalaccounting, billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliation.
Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, project costs, and overall financial performance.
Prepare annual budgets, financial forecasts, management reports, and variance analyses.
Establish and strengthen internal controls,accountingpolicies, and financial procedures.
Review project profitability, margins, operational expenses, and cost-saving opportunities.
Ensure compliance with BIR requirements, tax filings, statutory obligations, and applicableaccountingstandards.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, government agencies, and other financial institutions.
Review contracts, payment terms, and significant financial commitments from a financial-risk perspective.
Identify financial risks and recommend practical corrective or preventive measures.
Provide management with reliable financial insights to support pricing, investments, cash management, and strategic business decisions.
Supervise, guide, and develop theAccountingand Finance Team.
Perform other financial control and advisory functions as may be required by the President.
