Job summary

Orica in Pasig is seeking a Maintenance Specialist (Asset) to support safe, reliable asset management across the Philippines. You will work with the Lead - Asset Support to ensure maintenance processes align with SAP S/4HANA and asset lifecycle policies, across mobile fleet, delivery equipment and plant assets.

This hybrid role includes 50% site-based work and occasional regional travel within Asia. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering degree and at least five years in maintenance or

Qualifications

• 5 years of maintenance, reliability, or asset management experience.
• Experience supporting mobile fleet, delivery equipment, plant assets, or maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, condition monitoring, and spare parts inventory.
• Proven ability to contribute to technical projects and process improvements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA maintenance modules.

Responsibilities

• Drive Fleet and Asset Management in the Philippines.
• Ensure compliance with Management of Change.
• Mentor the regional Maintenance Team.
• Ensure maintenance plans for on-site assets are followed.
• Ensure repairs align with SAP 4S maintenance processes.
• Support asset condition audits for capital management.
• Maintain asset lifecycle policies for all assets.
• Improve asset handover with Projects team.
• Ensure hazard studies are completed before mobilization.
• Maintain indirect materials in SAP.
