Job summary

ORICA SINGAPORE PTE LTD- Philippines Branch is seeking a Maintenance Specialist (Asset) to support safe, efficient asset management across the Philippines. You will work 50% in office and 50% on site, coordinating with the Lead - Asset Support to drive reliability and business continuity through audits, master data governance, and process improvements.

The role requires a mechanical/automotive engineering background with 5+ years in maintenance or asset management, and hands-on SAP S/4HANA

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of maintenance, reliability, or asset management experience.
• Experience supporting mobile fleet, delivery equipment, plant assets, or maintenance operations.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning, asset lifecycle management, condition monitoring and spare parts inventory management.
• Proven ability to contribute to technical projects, process improvements, and cross-functional asset programs.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA maintenance modules (SAP 4S / SWM).
• Strong commitment to SHEC standards.

Responsibilities

• Drives Fleet and Asset Management in the Philippines.
• Comply with Management of Change.
• Conducts Asset Verification audits.
• Mentors the Maintenance Team in region.
• Drives local compliance to Maintenance Management plans for all assets on site.
• Ensures repairs comply with SAP 4S Maintenance Process requirements.
• Support local Capital Management and Asset Optimization.
• Ensures Asset Life Cycle Management policy adherence.
• Drive asset handover improvements with Projects team.
• Ensure all assets have Hazard Studies completed before mobilization.
• Development and Maintenance of Indirect Materials on SAP.
