• Experience with ERPs (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Strong documentation, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed assets records and project-related activities.
• Prepare asset additions/disposals/adjustments and related docs.
• Post journal entries for fixed assets, projects, and leases.
• Prepare capitalization reports and P&L analyses for costs.
• Coordinate asset verification, tagging and inventory checks.
• Support fixed asset/project accounting policies and controls.
• Analyze variances and support process improvements.
