Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with ERPs (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel (advanced skills a plus), Word and PowerPoint.
• MS Access and MS Project experience is a plus.
• Strong documentation and process-improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ledger accounts and prepare financial statements.
• Prepare, record, analyze and report accounting transactions.
• Ensure integrity of accounting records for compliance with policies.
• Manage fixed assets: additions, disposals and transfers.
• Process fixed asset transactions in the asset management system.
• Monitor lease accounting and capital expenditure schedules.
• Prepare capitalization reports and P&L analyses for project costs.
• Coordinate asset verification and records retention.
• Support development and implementation of fixed asset policies.
