Job summary

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong documentation, organization, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Independent yet a strong team player; eager to learn enterprise AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate fixed asset records and control project-related financial activities.
• Prepare documentation for asset additions, disposals, transfers, and adjustments.
• Process and maintain fixed asset transactions in the asset management system.
• Prepare capitalization reports and P&L analyses for labor, contractor, and project costs.
• Monitor projects to ensure capitalization policies are followed and thresholds are met.
• Analyze variances in project, fixed asset, and related P&L accounts.
