Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong MS Excel skills; Word and PowerPoint; MS Access and Project a plus.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools to support workflows.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills; team player.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed assets records and project-related financial activities.
• Prepare documentation for asset additions, disposals, transfers, adjustments.
• Process fixed asset transactions in the asset management system.
• Prepare schedules for lease accounting activities and related records.
• Monitor capitalization policies and project thresholds.
• Analyze variances in project and asset-related accounts.
• Prepare journal entries for fixed assets, projects, lease accounting.
• Generate fixed asset and project accounting reports for stakeholders.
• Support asset verification, inventory, and tagging.
