You will prepare, analyze, and report on financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies. The role requires strong ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), advanced Excel, and a proactive mindset for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related course.
• Experience with ERPs (e.g. SAP, Oracle) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Logical thinker focused on process improvements.
• Good documentation skills.
• Thrives in fast-paced environments; can multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ledger and financial statements accuracy and integrity.
• Manage fixed assets, projects, and lease accounting activities.
• Prepare asset movement schedules, capitalization reports, and P&L analyses.
• Prepare and post journal entries for fixed assets, projects, and leases.
• Generate fixed asset and project accounting reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate asset verification, inventory, and tagging.
• Support development and enforcement of fixed asset policies and controls.
• Participate in process improvements within Project Accounting.
