Ubiquity is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to manage warehousing, inventory control, and IT asset life cycles. You will ensure accurate recording, tagging, inspections, and reporting of all assets. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in related field.
• Knowledge of asset management principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials.
• Encode all inventory activities in the system to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Assist in physical inventories and reconciling variances.
• In-charge of tagging of company assets and supplies.
• Verify and conduct quality inspections of incoming and outgoing assets and supplies.
• Prepare accurate inventory reports.
• Implement good warehouse practices.
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of IT asset management activities (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, disposal).
