Job summary

Ubiquity is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to manage warehousing, inventory control, and IT asset life cycles. You will ensure accurate recording, tagging, inspections, and reporting of all assets. The role requires 1–2 years of related experience, knowledge of asset management principles, and willingness to work onsite on a night shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials.
• Encode all inventory activities in the system to maintain accurate inventory data.
• Assist in physical inventories and reconciling variances.
• In-charge of tagging of company assets and supplies.
• Verify and conduct quality inspections of incoming and outgoing assets and supplies.
• Prepare accurate inventory reports.
• Implement good warehouse practices.
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support for maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
• Maintain documentation of IT asset management activities (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, disposal).

What You’ll Do:

• Perform warehousing and store keeping tasks to include receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materials
• Ensure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system in order to maintain accurate
  inventory data
• Assist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variances
• In-charge of tagging of company asset and supplies
• Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and
  supplies
• Prepare accurate and complete inventory report
• Implement good warehouse practices
• Perform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position
• Process asset deployment/retrieval via incident and request tickets.
• Collaborate with IT support teams to facilitate asset maintenance, repairs, and upgrades as
  needed.
• Maintain thorough documentation of all IT asset management activities, including acquisition,
  deployment, maintenance, and disposal records.
