Job summary

City Government of Muntinlupa - Government is seeking an Asset & Logistics Coordinator to maintain asset inventory, document resources, and support day-to-day General Services operations in Metro Manila. You will improve processes, coordinate logistics, and back team initiatives across departments.

The role emphasizes accuracy in asset listings, compliance with disposal and insurance requirements, and collaboration with suppliers and internal teams to meet timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• At least 3 years in logistics, supply chain, inventory or asset management.
• At least 1 year in supervisory or team-lead role within logistics.
• Background in the BPO sector is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inventory Oversight: manages flow of purchased supplies and equipment to ensure timely delivery while balancing cost, quality and standards.
• Vendor & Internal Coordination: plans and arranges deliveries with departments and external suppliers.
• Project & Task Management: owns initiatives, follows schedules to ensure timely completion.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintains asset listings, reconciliation reports, and accountability logs.
• Process & Control Enhancement: strengthens internal controls to safeguard assets and maintain records.
• Asset Disposal Compliance: oversees disposals following EMS policies and standards.
• Insurance Monitoring: tracks insurance schedules and renewals and verifies asset data for insurance docs.
• Team Support & Guidance: coaches and supports team members to boost performance.
• Operational Logistics Support: assists broader logistics functions to meet department goals.
