Job summary

Teleperformance is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support NAM data ingestion, system alignment, and maintenance of asset records across commissioning activities.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, oversee onboarding and lifecycle tasks, and enable accurate reporting for regulatory and business needs.

This role emphasizes data quality, cross‑functional collaboration, and timely updates to the enterprise asset management database used by multiple departments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in asset management, operations, data entry, or a related field.
• Experience supporting data quality, validation, or reporting processes.
• Ability to identify data discrepancies and escalate issues.
• Proactive approach to resolving data and system issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update asset records within internal systems to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Support site and equipment onboarding activities, including data entry, validation, and system updates.
• Identify data discrepancies and escalated issues impacting operational readiness or system integrity.
• Assist with tracking asset components and maintaining relationships between equipment and sub‑components.
• Perform routine data audits and cleanup activities to improve asset data quality.
• Support asset lifecycle processes such as onboarding, updates, and decommissioning tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, field services, and system support) to resolve asset‑related requests.
• Assist with reporting needs and ad hoc operational tasks as required.
• Collaborate with peers in department to build strong relationships to influence efficiency measures within the team.
