Teleperformance is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to support NAM data ingestion, system alignment, and maintenance of asset records across commissioning activities.
You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, oversee onboarding and lifecycle tasks, and enable accurate reporting for regulatory and business needs.
This role emphasizes data quality, cross‑functional collaboration, and timely updates to the enterprise asset management database used by multiple departments.
The Asset Management Specialist (Teleperformance Support Role) is responsible for supporting asset
data accuracy, system coordination, and operational workflows between commissioning activities and
Nucleus Asset Management (NAM) systems. This role ensures timely and accurate data ingestion, system
alignment, and ongoing maintenance of asset-related records to support business operations and reporting
requirements.
This role will help coordinate with the Commissioning team to facilitate the ingestion of data and ensure data
flows between NAM and our enterprise system properly. Other normal duties will include, but not limited to,
ensuring asset management data is correct and updated properly and pre-building assets in NAM prior to the
commissioning of a site.
The candidate will also be responsible for updating EA’s Asset Management Database, which is the critical
repository for information related to equipment that was installed and commissioned, for use by other
departments when the new site is opened. This includes the maintenance of asset management databases
through internal technology partners and vendors. Supporting coordination efforts between internal asset
management stakeholders is critical to ensure the system works for every department. This position also
updates other support databases such as credit card reader management systems and wireless provider
portals to maintain 100% accurate equipment information for our chargers in North America.
The accurate recording of installation, replacement and removal of all program assets will be a key
role in the effort to generate accurate reports to federal, state, and local agencies along with other internal
and external stakeholders. The candidate will ensure the database is kept up to date to serve the needs of
executive leadership and the reporting demands of a dynamic regulatory environment.
Work hours for this position are targeted to be “normal business hours”, however since this site aligns with
commissioning activity, it is possible there will be deviations in work hours to assist with commissioning and
other related efforts, as needed, to keep on schedule.
3+ years of experience in asset management, operations, data entry, or a related field. This role ensures timely and accurate data ingestion, system alignment, and ongoing maintenance of asset-related records to support business operations and reporting requirements.
