• Provide administrative services with the Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) process of assets.
• Asset setup, asset financials and depreciation in JDE.
• Support assigned plant teams with equipment/logistics, including vehicle licensing/registrations.
• Update in JDE, fuel card reconciliation and journal processing.
• Provide administrative services with the Disposal process of assets, finalising financial and depreciation details in JDE.
• Organise information into forms, registers, reports or databases.
• Maintain asset information in various systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Prepare information for dissemination to others including monthly plant and equipment reports.
