Relx Plc in the Philippines is seeking an Admin Asset Analyst I to manage day-to-day equipment asset management, including stock monitoring, tagging, deployment, and recovery.

You will maintain accountability records, process AAF/TAA documentation, handle ServiceNow requests, and support PEZA filings. The role also serves as a backup POC for high-value equipment, ensuring proper storage, handling, and documentation.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Experience with asset management is preferred.
• Ability to learn and apply enterprise AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day equipment asset management activities.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate purchasing.
• Tag assets and track deployment and recovery.
• Maintain accountability records in the BMF inventory tool.
• Process PEZA filings and handle ServiceNow requests.
• Serve as backup POC for high-value equipment including laptops and phones.
