Job summary

Ateneo de Manila University is seeking an Accounting Assistant III to maintain and organize the university’s fixed-assets inventory, assist during student enrollment, and support account reconciliation. The role involves asset management, barcode tagging, updating asset systems, and generating depreciation and asset reports for financial oversight.

You will collaborate with university units and external funders, support month-end close processes, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory of fixed assets and updates asset lists.
• Prepares barcodes on assets in coordination with outsourced service provider.
• Updates asset systems and reflects assignees and movements.
• Generates fixed asset and depreciation reports for review.
• Assists in month-end close and reconciles accounts as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
