Job summary

LearningLitz, Inc. (Berlitz Philippines) is seeking a Language Assessment Coordinator to support the Instruction Team in coordinating corporate language assessments, scheduling assessors, and ensuring timely reporting.

You will monitor assessment reports, support quality assurance, and help maintain accurate records while collaborating with project management and assessors to uphold standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in administration, coordination, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent proofreading and writing skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
• Able to manage schedules, assignments, and records.
• Able to coordinate effectively with assessors and other stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating corporate language assessments with the Project Management Team
• Managing assessor schedules and assignments
• Coordinating assessment shifts with assessors
• Briefing assessors on assessment requirements and procedures
• Monitoring assessment completion and submissions
• Monitoring assessment reports and documentation
• Checking assessment results for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting quality assurance and assessor calibration activities
• Preparing, proofreading, and filing assessment reports and documents
• Following up on pending assessments, reports, and deliverables
