Job summary

Outsourced.ph in the Philippines seeks an experienced LMS administrator to build and test assessments in aXcelerate, mapping them to official units and criteria. You will configure submissions, due dates and marking workflows, and support learners and trainers with access questions.

Daily work follows a defined process with attention to detail and strong written English. This is an office-based role in Eastwood, Manila, with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• LMS/SMS administration experience required.
• Experience building e-learning assessments is essential.
• Excellent written English and precise work habits.
• Follow documented procedures and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Build assessment tasks, quizzes and question sets in aXcelerate from approved sources.
• Configure submission types, attempts, weightings, due dates, visibility and marking workflow.
• Map assessments to units, elements and performance criteria per the mapping matrix.
• Test builds in learner and assessor views and complete the build checklist.
• Maintain the assessment build register and retire superseded versions.
• Resolve learner/trainer queries about assessment access and submission.
• Manage work queue in Monday.com and report progress against the build schedule.
