Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Learning Exp Design & Dev Senior Analyst to design and develop self-paced or instructor-led training for Capability Development programs. Hybrid work setup in Taguig, with responsibilities spanning content creation, curriculum design, media production and stakeholder coordination.

The role requires 2–3 years in instructional design and content development, plus hands-on experience with Articulate and Captivate, and familiarity with video editing tools

Qualifications

• At least 2–3 years Instructional Design and Content Development Experience.
• At least 1–2 years Contact Center Training Experience preferred.
• Proficient in E Learning Development applications (Articulate, Captivate).
• Working knowledge of video editing/development tools (Canva, Adobe Premiere, Powtoon).

Responsibilities

• Design and Development of effective Learning Content.
• Analyze competency requirements to design training models.
• Participate in training reviews and apply recommendations.
• Create curriculum, storyboards and multimedia learning materials.
• Develop slides, guides, eLearning, videos, job aids and post-course work.
• Liaise with learning partners and publish materials to platforms.
• Create assessments and case studies; manage timelines and stakeholders.
• Record and evaluate training data using evaluation frameworks.
