Job summary

Pacific Alpha Intelligence in Cebu is seeking a focused researcher to help build and maintain client lists, identify key wealth managers, conferences, and institutional contacts across the Philippines and the region.

You will join meetings locally and on multi-week trips in Asia, working directly with the founder to understand macro trends and how AI shifts affect finance. Mandarin is a plus, not required. Travel may be necessary.

Qualifications

• Speak clear professional English required.
• Degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• Genuine interest in how AI and macro shifts affect finance.
• Willingness to travel across Asia for weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain clean lists of wealth managers, conferences, and institutional contacts.
• Research who matters and why for client outreach.
• Draft outreach and briefing notes to support partnerships.
• Join meetings in Cebu, Manila, and later other Asian cities.
• Collaborate directly with the founder.
