Magnum RFM Ice Cream, Inc. seeks a GTM PMO & Change Management Lead for the PH market on a project basis. The role drives end-to-end PMO governance, change management, and stakeholder engagement to deploy and sustain the Distributor Management System across the market.

You will oversee communications, readiness, and adoption activities, coordinating with ERP, DMS, CRM platforms while aligning with local market priorities and leadership needs.

Responsibilities

• PMO governance: manage deployment plans, milestones, reporting and governance.

• Develop and deliver communications and change materials for DMS deployment and related systems (Salesforce, S/4HANA).
• Build and manage change champion network; facilitate workshops and trainings.
• Drive adoption, monitor KPIs, and support post go-live stabilization.
• Identify risks, issues and mitigation actions; escalate deployment issues as needed.

The role

The GTM PMO & Change Management lead for PH Management ensures the successful deployment, adoption, and sustained use of the Distributor Management System (DMS) across the market. This role provides end-to-end PMO governance while leading change management, communications, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and adoption activities for GMT.

What you'll be responsible for

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & GOVERNANCE (PMO)

• Manage deployment plans, milestones, governance and reporting.
• Track risks, issues, dependencies and mitigation actions.
• Provide executive updates and escalation management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and deployment stakeholders.

CHANGE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY & EXECUTION

• Develop and execute change management strategy.
• Conduct impact assessments and readiness reviews.
• Implement adoption, engagement and reinforcement plans.
• Monitor change KPIs and readiness metrics.

COMMUNICATIONS & CHANGE MATERIALS

• Develop and execute communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, FAQs, leadership updates, and change management materials to support DMS deployment and related systems, including Salesforce and S/4HANA.
• Partner with Local Communications and Corporate Affairs teams to ensure consistent, timely, and effective communications across business partners, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Adapt and localize global change communications to align with local market requirements, business priorities, and stakeholder needs.
• Translate system and process changes into clear, business-friendly messaging that drives awareness, understanding, and adoption of new ways of working.

STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT & CHAMPION NETWORK

• Build and manage the change champion network.
• Facilitate workshops and engagement sessions.
• Coach leaders to drive adoption and sponsorship.

CHANGE ENABLEMENT & SUPPORT

• Drive adoption and behavior change initiatives.
• Support post go-live adoption and stabilization activities.
• Monitor feedback and continuous improvement actions.

RISK & ISSUE MANAGEMENT

• Identify readiness, resistance and adoption risks.
• Execute mitigation and recovery plans.
• Escalate critical deployment issues.
