Job summary

R Systems is seeking an experienced AS400 Developer in Metro Manila to support mission-critical applications on IBM i systems. Ideal candidates will have over 3 years experience with AS400, strong proficiency in RPG, and hands-on knowledge of DB2/400. Responsibilities include developing and enhancing core business applications, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience working with AS400 / IBM i systems.
• Strong proficiency in RPG (RPGLE, Free Format RPG preferred).
• Hands-on experience with CL programming.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications on AS400 (IBM i) platform.
• Write and optimize programs using RPG.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
