Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking an Advanced App Eng Associate Manager to drive proactive investigation and resolution of complex issues across critical business system components. You will monitor incidents, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure operations remain smooth and reliable throughout the day.

As SME for IBM AS/400 Administration, you will mentor teammates, lead knowledge sharing, and continuously improve support processes.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in IBM AS/400 Administration.
Strong knowledge of performance tuning and capacity planning for IBM AS/400 environments.
Experience in managing system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
Familiarity with security protocols and user access management on IBM AS/400 platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to IBM AS/400 systems.
Proficient in scripting and automation to streamline routine administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
