You will monitor incidents, coordinate with multiple teams, and ensure operations remain smooth and reliable throughout the day.

As SME for IBM AS/400 Administration, you will mentor teammates, lead knowledge sharing, and continuously improve support processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IBM AS/400 Administration.
• Strong knowledge of performance tuning and capacity planning for IBM AS/400 environments.
• Experience in managing system backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery planning.
• Familiarity with security protocols and user access management on IBM AS/400 platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to IBM AS/400 systems.
• Proficient in scripting and automation to streamline routine administrative tasks.
