Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and measure ingredients according to recipe
• Make and bake bread, pastries, cakes, and other products
• Ensure correct baking time and temperature
• Maintain quality, consistency, and good presentation of products
• Keep work area, tools, and equipment clean and sanitized
• Check stocks and ingredients and report shortages or expired items
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures
• Label and store finished products properly
• Assist in inventory and wastage monitoring
• Perform other bakery-related tasks as assigned by supervisor
