Job summary

BreadTalk Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Baker-Ovenman to prepare, bake, and ensure the quality of bread, pastries, and other baked products in accordance with our standard recipes, procedures, and quality controls.

You will set up proofers, monitor ovens, check product appearance, maintain sanitation, and assist the production team in a fast-paced bakery environment; shifting schedules, weekends and holidays required.

Qualifications

• Candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced bakery environment.
• Strong teamwork and reliability are essential.
• Willingness to learn and follow standard recipes and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up proofer and chiller for proper dough proofing.
• Operate ovens at correct temperature and bake times.
• Check quality, appearance, and consistency of baked goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking area and equipment.
• Handle and store ingredients and baking materials properly.
• Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
• Report damaged products or equipment problems to supervisor.
• Assist production team with other tasks as needed.
