Job summary

Afni is seeking a CCTV Operations Supervisor to oversee 24/7 monitoring, investigations, and reporting while ensuring confidentiality of recordings. You will guide shift scheduling, coordinate with Security and other departments, and maintain system reliability.

The role requires strong English communication, 5+ years in related work, and familiarity with CCTV software/hardware. Flexible scheduling and ASAP start are expected.

Description

Position Purpose: The position is responsible for supervising the operations and monitoring CCTV coverage, recording and reporting incidents, and maintaining a high-level of confidentiality of the recordings. The role is expected to ensure pertinent reports are collated, and submitted to the immediate supervisor – Director of Fraud and Risk Management for audit purposes. It is expected that this role provide guidance on the shifting and schedules of the team that will enable a 24/7 coverage thereof.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Take lead on investigations that needs intricate gathering of evidentiary artifacts that will be needed by investigative departments in pursuant to the preservation of Afni's resolve in protecting its assets, people and business.
• Ensure performance goals are observed and requirements therein are met in terms of adherence to the completion and review thereof.
• Ensure that logistics and resources are in optimum level of function such that all glitches, failures, and errors that may hinder the daily operations of the team is/are reported and action plans are in motion.
• Ensures that the team adheres to the given work schedule and lead the team's scalability in terms of coverage of shifts.
• Ensures that issues and concerns regarding the team's performance and standing is immediately reported to the Director of Fraud and Risk Management .
• Follow, enforces, and execute duties as assigned in accordance with Afni Policies and exceptional judgement
• Ensure that all CCTV cameras and systems are working properly
• Operate and monitor all Afni CCTV cameras and systems
• Collaborate with the Security team or other concerned departments to report and investigate all activities defined for follow up as well as any suspicious or unusual activities
• Identify and report all security breaches and safety concerns
• Keep all recordings, investigations, and related information confidential, only communicating with the pre-approved members of Management or individuals specifically designated as approved for a specific investigation
• View recordings as requested, and as approved by the Security, Facilities and Executive Management.
• Provide recommendations to improve the facilities security
• Other duties as assigned over time by Management in accordance with the position

Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills)

• Preferred that candidate must be at least 2 years of College Level in any field (3+ Years experience mandatory for HS Grad)
• 5+ years minimum overall work experience
• Any experience in BPO/Call Centers is favorable
• Familiarity with common CCTV software, hardware and minor troubleshooting
• Experience in CCTV Monitoring and Risk/Loss Prevention
• Keen attention to details and ability to multitask
• Must have good English verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge in Excel and MS Word
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Can generate, create and send reports
• Must be willing to work in flexible schedule
• Can start ASAP
