Responsibilities

• Supervise daily FM department operations to meet contractual standards and client requirements.
• Plan and delegate PM/CM works to maintenance crews.
• Liaise with clients to ensure tasks are on time and satisfactory.
• Ensure high level maintenance and appearance of facilities.
• Train and develop technicians in technical terms.
• Adhere to OH&S regulations and Sodexo policies.
• Report to Chief Engineer on weekly basis.
• Support energy saving projects and monitor energy consumption.
• Follow site SOPs and reduce risk to staff and customers.
• Disciplinary procedures as per Sodexo policy.
• Reduce maintenance turnaround and downtime of plants and equipment.
• Perform other duties as reasonably requested.

Job description

Position Purpose: On site facility management position with the intention to manage the technical maintenance programs and technicians. Supervise and delegate PM&CM works to maintenance crews to meet standards and requirements as per contractual agreement. Plan and implement PM&CM shift roster for maintenance crews

Key Result Areas:

• Supervise the day to day operation of the FM department to meet standards and requirements as per contractual agreement; in particular liaise with the clients to ensure that all required tasks are carried out on time and satisfactory results.
• To understand contractual obligations and meet customer expectations under the agreement.
• Ensure facility preserves a high-level maintenance and appearance
• Training and develop technicians in technical term
• Adhere to occupational health and safety and injury management regulations
• Follow site-specific standard operation procedures and ensure all staff follow these procedures thus reducing risk to our employees and our customer’s employees
• Good supervisory skill
• Good team work and good cooperate with our FM team
• On a weekly or as needs basis, report to the Chief Engineer relating to the qualitative, PM and CM work order are completed and outstanding.
• Cooperate the energy saving project and monitor energy consumption in customer site
