Job summary

Milagrita Global Food Corporation / Samgyupsalamat seeks a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and ensure safe, reliable operation of facilities. You will coordinate technicians, monitor work, and address maintenance concerns promptly.

The ideal candidate has a technical engineering background and 2–4 years of related experience, with flexibility to work weekends or emergencies as needed. This role focuses on safety, efficiency, and collaboration with contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in facilities, building maintenance, maintenance operations, engineering, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of MEPF, HVAC, and general building maintenance.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends and emergency call-outs when necessary.
• Experience leading a small team or coordinating maintenance activities is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and building systems.
• Ensure timely completion of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.
• Conduct routine inspections and monitor building facilities and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting maintenance issues involving MEPF, HVAC, and general building systems.
• Assign and monitor maintenance tasks and ensure work is completed safely and according to standards.
• Review maintenance requests and prioritize urgent concerns.
• Monitor performance of maintenance personnel and provide guidance as needed.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers during maintenance activities.
• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules and ensure required activities are completed.
• Monitor proper use and availability of tools and materials.
• Ensure maintenance records and reports are properly completed.
• Promote safe housekeeping in maintenance areas.
• Escalate major equipment failures and safety concerns promptly.
• Support emergency maintenance requirements as needed.
• Help identify recurring maintenance problems and propose solutions.
• Work with other departments to minimize disruption to operations.

About the Role

Milagrita Global Food Corporation / Samgyupsalamat is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor who can help ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our facilities, equipment, and building systems.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who has a solid technical foundation and is ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will help coordinate maintenance activities, support technicians, monitor work completion, and ensure that maintenance concerns are addressed properly and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day maintenance activities for facilities, equipment, and building systems.

• Help ensure the timely completion of preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance work.

• Conduct routine inspections and monitor the condition of building facilities and equipment.

• Assist in troubleshooting maintenance issues involving Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection (MEPF), HVAC, and general building systems.

• Assign and monitor maintenance tasks and ensure work is completed safely and according to standards.

• Review maintenance requests and help prioritize urgent and operationally critical concerns.

• Monitor the performance and productivity of maintenance personnel and provide guidance when needed.

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, suppliers, and other service providers during maintenance activities.

• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring required maintenance activities are completed.

• Monitor the proper use, care, and availability of tools, equipment, and maintenance materials.

• Ensure maintenance records, work orders, inspection reports, and other documentation are properly completed.

• Promote good housekeeping and safe working practices within maintenance areas.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

• Previous experience leading a small team or coordinating maintenance activities is an advantage, but not required.

• Willingness to learn new systems, technologies, and maintenance best practices.
