Job summary

Foundever® in Metro Manila is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead planned preventive maintenance for critical equipment (MEPF and Civil) and ensure site safety and compliance. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage budgets, and drive ESG initiatives while mentoring teams and maintaining cost efficiency.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2-5 years of maintenance experience, plus a valid driver's license and vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2-5 years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle ownership are desirable.
• Ability to handle multiple projects within tight timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Develop planned preventive maintenance for all critical equipment (MEPF and Civil).
• Monitor department financials and propose cost-saving plans.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Provide 24x7 site coverage and on-site support for emergencies.
• Lead internal quality audits and prepare for client audits.
• Walk through sites and meet stakeholders on planned schedules.
• Ensure proper disposal of wastes and hazardous materials as required by law.
• Coach and provide feedback to teams; mentor staff.
• Initiate ESG projects and monitor implementation.
• Manage utilities and upskills for team members.
• Attend site meetings and manage training course closures.
• Assess maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors/contractors.
• Manage loss prevention and records; maintain master key system.
• Acquire bids, prepare submittals, and provide long-term recommendations.
• Schedule work to meet customer needs while minimizing project impact.

• Should be able to develop planned preventive of all critical equipment. MEPF and Civil.
• Monitor financials of the department and provide cost saving plans.
• Ensure management all regulatory compliances both internal and external.
• 24x7 coverage and physical support in case of emergencies at site.
• Implement internal quality audits for his department and prepare for client/external audits.
• Required walk through of site and meeting with his/her stake holders on planned schedule.
• Ensure timely disposal of generated wastes and hazardous waste that is mandated by law.
• Conduct regular session, coaching and feedback for his/her teams’ performance.
• Initiate sustainable projects for the site and monitoring/implementation of ESG (environmental social governance) projects and requirements.
• Utilities management.
• Mentoring sessions and upskilling of his/her team members.
• Regular meeting with different OPS stake holders, attending Site Mancom.
• Monitoring and closure/completion of teams training courses.
• Assesses maintenance issues, recommends solutions, manages maintenance activities (scheduling, hiring, separations).
• Manages loss prevention including supervising officers, review of logs, tapes, incident reports and maintaining master key system.
• Responsible for acquiring bids, making long-term recommendations and preparing submittals for review.
• Schedules and prioritizes work to accommodate customer needs while minimizing impact on current projects.
• Assists with the managing of vendors, engineers and contractors in completion of project tasks.
• Works with HR on safety issues, maintains safety data sheets and checklists for equipment.
• Maintains petty cash and keeps records of departmental daily expenses.
• Informs management of critical issues that may affect Associates.
