Job summary

Skyro, a fast-growing fintech company in the Philippines, is hiring a SME Sales Area Specialist (SAS) for Agent Model to manage a portfolio of SME accounts across area channels, drive growth, and build strong merchant relationships.

You will set sales strategies, identify market opportunities, mentor sales staff, and collaborate with cross-functional teams under the Regional Sales Manager for Agent Model to achieve KPIs and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years proven experience in managing sales and marketing in retail or financial services.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance or related field.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage SME Sales personnel under Agent Model in designated area.
• Set area sales strategies and targets.
• Identify market opportunities and merchant partnerships.
• Collaborate with SME department specialists to achieve KPIs and comply with policy.
• Coach and mentor sales personnel; work with RSM for training updates.
• Evaluate performance and set milestones.
• Work with other departments to develop sales programs and mitigate risks.
