Exxel Prime Int'l Trading Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Supervisor to manage and grow sales for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics across South Luzon and North Luzon. You will oversee in-store execution, supervision of Promodisers, and area expansion to hit targets while promoting brand visibility.

The role requires leadership of remote sales teams, strong analytical reporting, and frequent field visits. Willingness to travel and report to the Baesa HQ when needed is essential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1–2 years of experience in field sales or retail sales supervision.
• Strong knowledge of South Luzon and North Luzon retail markets is a plus.
• Proven leadership skills in managing remote sales teams.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel frequently and work in field-based setup.
• Must have a valid driver's license and preferably own motorcycle or car.
• Willing to report to head office in Baesa, Caloocan City when required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor sales performance per store and area; prepare and submit sales reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with store supervisors and branch managers.
• Conduct regular area visits to check inventory, visual display, and staff performance.
• Coordinate product replenishments with Marketing and Warehouse teams.
• Handle hiring, training, and performance evaluation of sales staff in the area.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and competitor movements.
• Identify new selling opportunities and contribute to area expansion initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency and positive customer experience across all outlets.

• Head Office: #20 Corner Rose St., Reparo Rd., Barangay 161, Baesa, Caloocan City
• Work Setup: Field-Based with Regular HQ Coordination
• Employment Type: Probationary (5 months)
