Job Summary:

The Marketing Supervisor will lead and oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns and strategies to strengthen the brand presence of ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics. This role involves supervising the marketing team, coordinating with sales, and ensuring that marketing initiatives drive brand growth, customer engagement, and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies and campaigns for ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics
• Supervise and guide the marketing team in carrying out promotional and branding activities
• Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
• Oversee digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, and online ads
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to recommend improvements
• Manage promotional events, activations, and partnerships with retail outlets or online platforms
• Prepare marketing reports, performance analyses, and campaign evaluations for management review
• Monitor and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all materials and channels
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor marketing expenses
• Foster collaboration with external suppliers, agencies, and influencers as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in retail, cosmetics, or FMCG
• Proven experience in leading a marketing team and implementing successful campaigns
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and promotional strategies
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and familiar with design or digital tools (a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Willing to work on-site in Baesa, Caloocan City
