X-Vape Tech Inc. in Ilocos Sur/Norte & Abra is seeking a Field Sales Representative to drive store visits, manage territory coverage, and execute marketing activities. You will work closely with the Area Manager to achieve monthly KPI targets and grow sales across assigned areas.

The role emphasizes discipline in reporting, coordination with managers, and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners to optimize market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales or retail environments preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Regular Store visit within Area/Territory.
• Ensure 85% of Monthly KPIs are regularly achieved.
• Responsible for over-all channel coverage and sales growth of assigned Area/Territory.
• Responsible for alignment and execution of Marketing Activities with the Area/Territory.
• Responsible for channel product placement development to dominate market presence within Area/Territory.
• Responsible for retail trade information gathering and consolidation within Area/Territory.
• Care for company assets and trade tools and ensure assets are utilized accordingly.
• Submit Daily Reports to Area Manager/Sales Supervisor.
• Collaborate with Area Manager/Sales Supervisor for coherence of efforts.
