Job summary

Comworks, Inc. is seeking an Area Manager to drive sales performance for Suki Lotto across Abra, Ilocos Sur, and Ilocos Norte. You will oversee sales agents, Regional Distributors (RD), and DSS partners, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations.

The role requires strong leadership, field travel, and execution discipline. The candidate should have 2–4 years in field sales or distribution management, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel across the assigned regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Sales, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2–4 years in field sales, area management, account management, or distribution management.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly sales targets and ensure active agents meet KPIs.
• Manage Regional Distributor relationships and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead DSS/Distributor performance reviews and coaching.
• Ensure field operations run with timely fulfillment and strong reporting.
• Conduct monthly visits and maintain field schedules to optimize coverage.
