Job summary

X-Vape Tech Inc. in Ilocos Norte is seeking a motivated Field Sales/Channel Associate to visit stores and drive sales growth across the assigned territory. You will help ensure program execution, monitor KPI attainment, and support asset care and reporting.

This role requires collaboration with the Area Manager to align sales activities and market presence. The position emphasizes regular store visits, coordination of marketing activities, and accurate data gathering for performance assessment.

Qualifications

• Regular store visits within Area/Territory.
• Achieve 85% of Monthly KPIs.
• Over-all channel coverage and sales growth of assigned Area/Territory.
• Coordinate and execute Marketing Activities with Area/Territory.
• Develop and monitor channel product placement to dominate market presence.
• Gather and consolidate retail trade information within Area/Territory.
• Protect company assets and trade tools; ensure proper usage.
