Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Sales and Operations Manager to lead revenue growth and branch profitability across multiple sites. You will drive sales strategies, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high standards of service quality and SOP compliance.

You will coach branch managers and frontline staff, develop workforce plans based on forecasts, and continuously improve processes to sustain performance. The role is fully onsite in Cebu with a Monday–Friday dayshift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is required.
• Strong leadership and management capabilities for multi-branch operations.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve branch profitability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of SOP implementation and operational controls is essential.

Job Description:

The Sales and Operations Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving branch profitability, maintaining operational standards, and ensuring consistent customer service and product quality across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Performance

• Lead the overall sales performance of multiple branches and ensure achievement of revenue, sales, and profitability targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, programs, and initiatives to drive sustainable revenue growth and improve market performance.

Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple branches, ensuring smooth, efficient, and consistent execution of business activities.
• Ensure all branches consistently follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies.

Customer Experience & Service Quality

• Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality customer service across all branches.
• Monitor customer experience, service standards, and branch execution to ensure alignment with company expectations.

Workforce Planning & Manpower Management

• Develop workforce plans based on branch requirements, sales volume, operational workload, and business forecasts.
• Determine appropriate staffing requirements, including the number and level of managers, sales personnel, and support staff needed per branch.

People Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and sales teams to improve individual and overall branch performance.
• Establish clear performance expectations, targets, and accountability measures for branch leadership teams.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence

• Develop and implement initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Ensure continuous improvement initiatives are properly communicated, implemented, and monitored across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales and operations management, preferably within automotive, retail, food service, or other multi-branch businesses.
• Strong track record in achieving and improving sales targets and business performance.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities, with experience managing branch managers and large frontline teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales and operational data and translate findings into actionable business decisions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of SOP implementation, operational controls, customer service, and process improvement.
