Billease in Metro Manila, Philippines seeks a Sales Leader to manage merchant partner stores, supervise Sales Associates, and drive sales initiatives. You will oversee hiring, training, and shift planning while ensuring compliance and quality across the team.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in sales, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Knowledge of local market trends and CRM tools is preferred. This role requires hands-on, results-driven management in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales, customer service, or similar role, with 1 year in leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Understanding of local market trends and business practices.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Commitment to ethical behavior and integrity in leadership roles.

Responsabilidades

• Visit POS locations daily to maintain relationships with Billease merchant partner stores and discuss promos or product improvements.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of sales performance of assigned Sales Associates in their area.
• Identify sales initiatives to drive team performance and improve execution of these initiatives.
• Efficiently manage Sales Associates and implement risk control measures to prevent fraud.
• Oversee hiring and training of Sales Associates to ensure necessary skills and sales techniques.
• Plan shifts for Sales Associates to maximize weekend and peak-season staffing.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations at Billease merchant partner stores.
• Conduct regular meetings with Sales Associates and manage instore collateral supply.
• Prepare regular tracking sales reports and analyze daily, weekly and monthly team data.
