Job summary

Meera Enterprises Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Retail Sales Leader to drive performance across multiple stores, set ambitious sales targets, and lead a growing retail team.

You will coach and develop staff, optimize merchandising and inventory, analyze sales data, and implement growth strategies to expand store presence and regional revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably with experience managing multiple stores or branches.
• Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in leading, coaching, and developing retail sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, store performance, merchandising, and inventory management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales performance and develop strategies to drive store and area growth.
