Job summary

You will own system improvements, coordinate repairs, and manage cyclical counts and audits across multiple branches in Metro Manila. Travel and independent decision-making are expected as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in multi-store retail, area operations, store operations, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
• Understanding of inventory controls, store audits, facilities, scheduling, and vendor management.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and priorities independently.
• Willingness to travel across Metro Manila.
• Take ownership and drive outcomes with proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Keep stores operational and customer-ready
• Track, prioritize, and close operational issues within agreed timelines
• Coordinate repairs, maintenance, vendors, and urgent concerns
• Own cycle counts, reconciliations, and variance investigations
• Identify root causes and prevent recurring inventory issues
• Conduct regular store audits covering cleanliness, VM, safety, facilities, POS, and operating standards
• Ensure gaps are corrected quickly and consistently
• Turn recurring problems into better SOPs, checklists, controls, and preventive-maintenance systems
• Build solutions that work across all branches—not just one store
• Coordinate operational setup for new stores, from equipment and POS to supplies, inventory controls, and pre-opening readiness

About the role

This is a hands-on, on-the-ground role. You'll make sure every store is clean, functional, properly staffed, inventory-accurate, compliant, and ready to sell every day. You'll help build the systems that allow the company to open and operate more stores without relying on founders to chase every issue. If you see a problem, you own it. If something keeps breaking, you fix the system—not just the symptom.
