Job summary

SucreeCoCo and LOVE.INC is seeking an Area Manager to supervise four SM malls locations in Metro Manila and ensure strong day-to-day operations. You will enforce SOPs, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement across stores.

The role requires field readiness, scheduling flexibility, and leadership of store teams through regular meetings and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in retail/F&B or multi-branch operations.
• Strong operational knowledge and process improvement skills.
• Willing to do fieldwork and flexible scheduling.
• Amenable to work 5 days a week with 2 days off.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4 branches (SM North Edsa, SM Megamall, SM Sta. Mesa, SM MOA) and ensure SOP compliance.
• Supervise daily store operations and monitor performance.
• Create, review, and improve operational flows, guidelines, and procedures.
• Monitor CCTV, unusual events, and store audits.
• Review inventory, near-expiry items, wastage, and variances.
• Conduct cash fund and asset audits.
• Lead weekly operations meetings and submit reports.
• Supervise store leaders and conduct staff interviews.
• Coordinate with Admin, HR, Finance, IT, and Marketing.
• Approve OT, offsets, and operational requests.

Duties and Responsibilities
