Responsibilities

• Continuously transform sales operations to align TMP targets with Dealer achievements.
• Establish and propose programs to improve sales performance for continuous process.
• Identify and implement Jishuken activities to level-up the Dealer's performances.
• Assess dealer activities to identify sales and process issues, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Identify root causes of sales gaps and internal process issues through data and on-ground assessment.
• Recommend and drive improvement initiatives to enhance dealer performance and process efficiency.

Toyota Motor Philippines is looking for Area Operations Officer to join our Sales Distribution Department based in Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

TheArea Operations Officer is a member of the Area Operations 2 Team that is responsible for ensuring sales operations KPIs are met through timely sales planning, vehicle allocation and dealer support in ensuring achievement of target KPIs.

In this role, you are expected to be a domain expert in market assessment, dealer sales performance, supply and demand analysis, and daily sales monitoring.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Continuously transform sales operations to align TMP targets with Dealer achievements
• Establish and propose programs to improve sales performance for continuous process
• Identify and implement Jishuken activities to level-up the Dealer's performances
• Assess dealer activities to identify sales and process issues, and propose improvement initiatives.
