Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing or related business fields.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel outside Metro Manila.
• Must know how to drive.
• Background or strong interest in sales planning, forecasting operations, data management, and statistical analysis.
• Knowledge of planning, coordination, and project management.
• Ability to identify and understand issues, analyze data, and develop solutions.
• Ability to set up ongoing procedures to collect and review information.
• Effective time management and resource management.
• Ability to develop collaborative relationships to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Continuously transform sales operations to align TMP targets with Dealer achievements.
• Establish and propose programs to improve sales performance for continuous process.
• Identify and implement Jishuken activities to level-up the Dealer's performances.
• Assess dealer activities to identify sales and process issues, and propose improvement initiatives.
• Identify root causes of sales gaps and internal process issues through data and on-ground assessment.
• Recommend and drive improvement initiatives to enhance dealer performance and process efficiency.
