Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking a District Manager in Metro Manila to oversee the performance, profitability, and growth of stores within the assigned territory. You will lead multiple stores, coach Store Managers, and monitor key metrics to drive sales and improve operations.

The role requires collaboration with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute strategic initiatives. Travel within the territory is expected as you expand store presence and ensure consistent customer experience across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of multi-unit management experience in the FMCG, Retail, or QSR industry.
• Strong background in operations management, P&L ownership, and people leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve business performance.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
