Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking a District Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of stores within the assigned territory. You will drive sales, profitability, and customer experience across multiple locations, coaching Store Managers to build high-performing teams.

The role requires strategic, data-driven leadership, a strong operations mindset, and willingness to travel extensively within the territory to ensure consistent standards and performance across all sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of multi-unit management experience in FMCG, Retail, or QSR industries.
• Strong background in operations management, P&L ownership, and people leadership.
• Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve business performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
